Last updated: October 2026. Pivot Fitness & Lifestyle ("Pivot", "we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and other applicable laws.

1. Data we collect

Your name, phone number, email, emirate and session location, date of birth, booking and attendance history, payment confirmations (not card numbers), messages you send us (including WhatsApp), and information you give us in our consultation form or on your call, such as goals, fitness level, health limitations. Our website also collects usage data through cookies.

2. Why we use it

To arrange your consultation, plan and deliver safe training, track progress, manage bookings and payments, communicate with you, improve our services and, with your consent, send marketing.

3. Health information

Health and fitness details are sensitive. We collect them only with your explicit consent, share them only with the coaches who train you, and keep them secure.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

Only providers that help us run the service, such as payment providers (card and wallet processors, Tabby, Tamara), form, hosting, email, messaging and video-call tools (WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom) and your assigned coach. We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UAE under appropriate safeguards.

6. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full card details.

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@pivotfitness.ae.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser.

10. Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
